Open plan living and dining is the style of Upper Crust and well designed to take advantage of the light and space this well presented home offers. A modern and spacious kitchen provides all the facilities you need to cook if you are not dining in Bermuda’s fine restaurants. For example, Henry VIII Pub, ‘Coconuts’ at the Reefs Hotel are close by and there is a restaurant also located at the famous Gibbs Hill Lighthouse – a short walk away. The extensive gardens to the back of the house provides guests with an ideal BBQ area and outside dining. There are 4 bedrooms to be discovered, all on one level - In the principle bedroom, one King Bed, with bathroom ensuite and additionally, one Queen bedroom and two bedrooms with Full Sized beds, which all share a full bathroom. For summer 2025 twin beds will be added to one bedroom to replace a double bed. For your comfort, each bedroom has split AC units and ceiling fans, with additional split air-conditioning in the kitchen only. Not central air. Or you can just open the sliding glass doors in the living room, dining room, and family room and there is plenty of breeze year-round! Wireless internet is available and TV with cable is available in the kitchen, family room, and 2 of the bedrooms. All 4 TV’s have built-in DVD/CD players. Laundry facilities are available and there is also a new powder room near the kitchen. The closest swimming beach is the stunning Church Bay, a 20 minute walk - also you will not be far on public transport or a cab to Horseshoe Bay Beach. Conveniently, the closest moped and electric car rental company is Oleanders, across from the Reefs Hotel, an approximate 15 minute walk from the house. Electricity is included for short term stays
Housekeeping before and after departure. Weekly housekeeping by arrangement for stays over 7 nights or guests can request extra housekkeeping charged to their account if they so wish. Wifi, linens, beach towels etc. all included.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
