This wonderful home certainly has the WOW factor and offers a remarkable blend of outstanding views over the South Shore and stylish accommodation. Enjoy access to the sea for swimming and snorkeling, plus a gorgeous fresh water infinity pool. The location is ideal for the avid golfer as close to the famous PGA course at Port Royal. Air conditioned throughout. Located on a quiet street, high on a hill, about 650 meters from the bus stop and a grocery store. There are four bedrooms - the spacious Primary Bedroom has a King bed and bathroom en-suite. The other three bedrooms share a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 have a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 has a Queen bed and a double bed. The 4^th bedroom does not have windows, as previously used as a media room. There is also a Queen inflatable mattress if needed. The living accommodation is on different levels and designed with flair and consideration,  offering space and light with panoramic ocean views.  You will find the house is set up for today’s electronic travellers with a large flat screen TV, Wireless Internet and Cable. A comfortable family room is located on the lower floor, if some guests decide to relax in their own space.  All amenities are offered in the up to date and stunning modern kitchen and there is a separate dining area. Access to the ocean is down tiered grassed in steps. The blue crystal waters below are shallow with a sandy bottom. However, there is no sand exposed at low tide but a springy grassed area is exposed if you wish to lie on a towel. Alternatively, one can sunbathe and relax on a chaise around the impressive pool. Due to the number of stairs and different levels not suitable for toddlers and young children but infants in cots welcomed. Laundry facilities are offered for stays over 7 nights. Guests can charge the electric Tazarri, Anaig Quick and the Bermi cars at this property.
