Set in its own delightful landscaped gardens with many mature trees and shrubs, Somers offers complete privacy for your stay. A swimming pool adds to the perfect outdoor space. Enter through double front doors to the entrance hall, which leads you to a stylish but comfortable sitting room with a baby grand piano for the music lovers. French doors in the sitting room take you to a wide patio - offering space for outside dining and relaxing, with views down to the pool and gardens. Also on this level is a powder room, a cozy reading room, and spacious kitchen that conveniently adjoins a casual dining room. Large windows allow plenty of light into these family rooms. The tranquil Principal bedroom suite with Queen bed, dressing area and ensuite bathroom is also located on the entrance level. For additional spacious and versatile living space, take steps down a wide cedar staircase to the lower level where you will find a comfy seating area with TV and a kitchen area with microwave and refrigerator – so handy when coming in from the pool and preparing a relaxed meal. For further entertainment, enjoy a game of table tennis in this great space. The pool is just a few steps away across another wide patio with a BBQ and outside dining opportunities– cooled by two ceiling fans. The second and third bedrooms, both a good size and each with their own en suite bathrooms, can be found downstairs. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other two twin beds that can also be adjusted to a King Bed on request. Recently added, is a twin bedroom off the kitchen - suitable for teenagers or children - with adjoining powder room. There is a single sleep sofa in the upstairs sitting room and also upstairs a double sleep sofa in the reading room, so extra guests can be catered for but still only a maximum of 9 persons please.
