The short term rate includes housekeeping, local phone calls, internet connection, electricity up to $200 in one week. Electricity is for the account of the guest for long term rentals.
Television/cable and DVD player in the lounge area of the Master bedroom, one TV Cable and Apple TV in the new apartment bedroom and one large smart TV in apartment living area with cable and DVD player. There is WiFi throughout the house and apartment.The apartment can be rented separately in the off season for $250 a night.
Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
