SANCTUARY

Sanctuary is a new one bedroom waterside apartment and is ideally located in an excellent residential area, close to the city of Hamilton. Recently refurbished to a high standard you reach the entrance by steps down alongside the main house. The apartment is actually below the main residence and takes you to the waters edge where there is a large dock, often in use by the owner who is a keen fisherman.   Step through glass doors in to the light open plan living, dining and kitchen area, where you will find everything you need foryour stay . The full sized washer and dryer are located in a room off the kitchen, this room is also handy for storing suitcases and personal belongings. The separate bedroom has a Queen bed and a spacious area with a large desk, so ideal for the business person as well -  WIFI is best in this room. There is a TV in the sitting room. The modern bathroom, located off the bedroom has a good sized walk in shower. Beautiful original works of art enhance this peaceful space and are an added bonus for the guest to enjoy.
