Now offering a lovely studio apartment with use of the sparkling swimming pool - from where you can enjoy far reaching views over land and to the south shore ocean. Tastefully decorated you will find a comfy Queen Size Bed, a kitchen area with full size appliances and a cute dining area. A full bathroom/utility room is offered as well and unusually this is actually the way you make a quick entrance into the studio. As well as the very adequate kitchen area you may wish to enjoy the roof top patio with commanding views over the south shore - while preparing and cooking on the gas BBQ. On sunny days relax around the pool where there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas - or if you are feeling up for a walk and adventure set off to Cross Bay Beach, which is located on Princess Bay Beach property. There’s 24/7 security, therefore guests will use Ripple Water's business card to present to security and to gain access. Guests may take beach towels, umbrellas, etc. from the studio. No vehicles are allowed and there's a very steep hill, but when the owner is available she will give complimentary rides to and from Cross Bay, Church Bay and Horseshoe Bay Beach. Also offered is a complimentary ride to and from the grocery store and short tour (7mins) upon arrival. Nearby Church Bay Beach (about a mile away!) has wonderful rock formations offshore for spectacular snorkeling and powder soft sands for children to play in. This beach needs only a picnic and a good book to make it perfect. The gorgeous Horseshoe Bay Beach is less than a mile away and is one of the most popular beaches. The nearest bus stop is on South Shore Road, an 8-10-minute leisurely walk from the property! Housekeeping before and after departure. Weekly housekeeping by arrangement for stays over 7 nights. Wifi, linens, beach towels etc. all included.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
