The cottage is fully air-conditioned and contains a spacious fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher), private sleeping area with queen bed, living area (including queen pull out sleeper couch) and a large bathroom with shower. There are other guest apartments on this property which may be rented at the same time to provide accommodation for 2 couples. Booking terms
THE RATE INCLUDES electricity , gardening, pool maintenance. Electricity may be payable for longer stays. Minimum booking 5 nights. If the sofa bed is used there is an extra charge of $50.00 per night.
Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
