This lovely cottage sits very close to the main house MILFORD and is normally rented separately. It is completely private with its own entrance. The accommodation offers masses of old Bermuda charm and consists of a cosy sitting room with fireplace and includes a sleep sofa.The sitting room has french doors leading out to a pretty porch. There is a separate attractive King size bedroom. The cottage is complimented by a full bathroom and a good sized modern kitchen with washer and dryer. The private balcony completes this picture perfect cottage with extended views over the garden and lush vegetation. Easy to walk to the bus stop on Middle Road or you can walk down to Harbour Road to catch the Lower Ferry to Hamilton and only five minutes to the city of Hamilton in a cab. Booking terms
Weekly or monthly rentals preferred if rented separatly. $2500 per week. For less than a week then the price is $400 per night. Electricity may be payable by the guest for longer stays. If rented separately use of the pool is not included unless by special arrangement. Housekeeping once a week. WIFI included.
