This large one bedroom apartment is perfectly located if you like to have access to the stunning south shore beaches. The nearest beach is within walking distance - Church Bay Park. Also the historical Southampton lighthouse is within easy walking distance, which convenienently boasts a popular restaurant within the grounds. The accommodation consists of a spacious sitting/dining room a good sized bedroom with Queen size bed and full bathroom. A new pullout chair and a half, which converts to a single bed and is suitable for an adult or child has recently been purchased. The kitchen is modern and well equipped. There are no laundry facilities but the linens and towels are washed by the housekeeping service. For outside dining and relaxing there is a private patio with BBQ. The apartment is located in a pretty garden setting adjoined to the main house on the property, very quiet and peaceful.             Booking terms

            The rate includes some housekeeeping, electricity for short stays. Electricity for longer stays will be paid by the the guest. Internet connection is available WiFi.

            There is a cleaning fee of $50.00 added to the rent.

            For longer term stays, the rent is payable in advance  for the full period booked.

            Any booking taken after November 1st 2018  a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
