You can enjoy beautiful water views at this charming garden setting studio when you step through the French doors, down through the garden, towards the waters edge. You can then enjoy the shared access of a perfectly small man-made beach.  The spacious studio room has a comfy Queen bed, full kitchen with all facilities and a full bathroom. Wi-Fi (25Mbps- the opportunity to increase speed is available if the tenant pays for the upgrade) and cable TV. Laundry facilities are available for stays of 7+ nights. For the water lover, the property offers two kayaks for the guests to use, a one-seater and a two-seater. The apartment is walking distance to the town of St. George's. The former capital of Bermuda, the Town of St. George’s will take you back nearly 400 years to 1612. Now a World Heritage Site, the town is the oldest continuously occupied settlement in the English New World.  Ideally, there is a bus stop at the top of the driveway. On the left is the stop to Hamilton: buses #10 and 11 approx. every 15 minutes. Cross the road for buses to St. George's. Closest grocery store would be Somer's Supermarket. Beaches nearby are Tobacco Bay and Fort St. Catherine's. For golfers, the new Five Forts Golf Course is now open at The St, Regis Hotel or the Rosewood Tucker’s Point Resort (both offer lovely dining options as well) are not far away.  Good shopping, restaurants, the waterfront, museums, churches, Segway Tours, and the pubs and cafes are all located within walking distance. St. George’s has every convenience for the visitor combined with a beautiful harbour setting. For the independent adventurer, there are several cycle liveries close by for those wanting to rent scooters or electric cars, pedal bikes. Boat and land tours are available as well.
