'Freshwinds' is centrally located in a local residential neighborhood and very close to picturesque parks, beaches, historical sights, a grocery store and a bus service to the city of Hamilton. Notably close to Admiralty Park – a short walk across the street – where you can enjoy tennis, swimming and snorkeling every day at this lovely park.  Spanish Point Park, a small local beach is a little longer walk away. From outside it is hard to imagine how spacious the interior of this attractive apartment really is and you will find the space cool, quiet and comfortable. Constructed with love and care using natural tile floors with pine and cedar ceilings. Appreciate the colourful and handcrafted decor throughout, richly decorated with art and crafts from around the world. The recently renovated bricked patio and surrounding gardens are very lush and well kept. On site you will find Solar-voltaic array, heat exchanger, composting and everything the owners can do for the betterment of our environment. The comfortable living room connects directly to the spacious eat in kitchen. The Principle bedroom has a Queen bed.  The Second bedroom also has a Queen size bed . The Third bedroom with two double beds is reached through the Principle bedroom but there is a door to ensure privacy if needed and may be fine for families travelling together. All share a large stylish marble bathroom. All the rooms have ceiling fans. The Principle and second bedroom have AC units; the kitchen/living areas have large shared AC unit.
