Rate includes Housekeeping: general tidy up (2 hrs) -twice a week and change of bed linens for stays over 10 nights, WIFI, electricity. Seven night minimum booking.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018, a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
