The Coach House is a charming, single-level Bermudian cottage set within a large, totally private garden. Recently upgraded throughout, the home features a beautiful new kitchen with an inviting family sitting area/den. The cozy sitting room, is comfortably furnished and includes a working fireplace. The cottage offers two bedrooms—one with a queen-sized bed and the other with twin beds—along with two attractive bathrooms. A new queen sofa bed in the sitting room allows the property to accommodate up to six guests (please see rates for six-person occupancy below). Outdoors, guests can enjoy a lovely porch ideal for entertaining, as well as easy access to a small private beach just a five-minute walk from the property. Booking terms
Rate includes some housekeeping , local phone calls, WIFI, electricity for short stays, electricity will be charged for longer stays. Saturday arrivals preferred. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATE FOR 5 or 6 PEOPLE IS $500 PER NIGHT
Exit cleaning fee of $220 is added.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
