The Coach House is a very attractive Bermudian house/cottage all on one level. The garden is very large, totally private and quite charming. The whole house has been recently upgraded and hosts a beautiful new kitchen with a lovely family sitting area/den. The sitting room has a working fireplace and, although not large, is very comfortably furnished. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed and the other with twin beds and two attractive bathrooms. There is a new Queen sofa bed in the sitting room so this cottage can sleep 6 if need be.See below the rate for six people. There is a lovely porch for entertaining and a small private beach which is about a 5 minute walk from the property. Booking terms
Rate includes some housekeeping , local phone calls, WIFI, electricity for short stays, electricity will be charged for longer stays. Saturday arrivals preferred. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE RATE FOR 5 or 6 PEOPLE IS $500 PER NIGHT
Exit cleaning fee of $200 is added.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
