You have access to a small beach where you can relax in hammocks at the waters edge and watch the magnificent surf break. The furnishings and decor are stylish and up to date with all amenities to hand. If you enjoy cooking, a new kitchen was installed January 2018 and this area includes a comfortable family area with sofas for relaxing while enjoying the ocean view There is also a utility/mud room off the kitchen and a downstairs powder room.  The living and dining rooms lead out to a wonderful pool side sitting area with comfy sofas and a dining table, barbeque and fireplace.   Just a step away is the sparkling pool and the turquoise ocean. The spacious Master bedroom suite with King Bed and adjoning master bathroom with a tub and a walk in shower, is located on the ground floor and has French doors taking you out to the pool area. Leading up from a wide staircase in the central hall are the two further bedrooms. The second bedroom has a King size bed with a balcony offering ocean views and an ensuite bathroom with twin sinks and large glass shower. The third bedroom now has a King bed and has access to a bathroom in the adjoining hallway.
