Step back into the past when you enter this traditional 300 year old Bermuda home. Belfield Estate sits on more than two acres of property, boasting fruit trees and bordered by nature reserves. This historic property located near Somerset Long Bay, is just a brief walk across the street to a child's playground, or you can enjoy a serene beach setting or bird watching in as little as 30 seconds. Guests will feel the ambience of times long ago and appreciate the architecture and atmosphere of this comfortable air conditioned home. Enter through the wooden porch into the generous hallway with views to the two large sitting rooms, one with a 55" flat screen TV. The kitchen has been recently modernized and has all the cook of the family needs to prepare sumptuous meals. The formal dining room seats 10 enhanced by a handsome mahogany table and chairs. When it comes to outdoor dining and living, guests can choose between two patios - one sitting under a Poinciana tree with a table and chairs for Barbequing and another with attractive sectional sofas for lounging and relaxing. Belfield is a four bedroom home (one King bed and three Queen beds) with a separate one bedroom cottage. Two of the bedrooms in the main house have ensuite bathrooms and the third and fourth bedrooms share a full bathroom. The cottage has a Queen bed and a single sofa bed.
