Modern and welcoming with lots of intersting touches added by the artist owner, here you will find your home away from home for your Bermuda vacation stay. The entry hall invites you into the living area to relax and maybe enjoy playing the grand piano (but actually it can also play by itself!) or just sit quietly and read a novel from the extensive bookcases. One can access the stunning pool from the living area to the balcony and by way of a steps down to the pool and garden level. Take time to plan your entertaining on this level or enjoy hearing the children playing in the garden. There is a special secret garden as well ! Our guests will be treated to a designer kitchen newly created in 2025 by well-known architects with a center island and absolutely everything a brand new kitchen has to offer. This room, steps down from the living room, will embrace family time with a sitting area with large screen TV and fireplace and family style dining - connecting to the covered patio through a wall of French doors - taking you to outside seating for conversation and cocktails. A bathroom with shower is on this same level and includes a utility room with washer and dryer. You will find plenty of room for family or close friends as the house has five bedrooms. From the entrance level take steps down to two bedrooms. The primary bedroom (king bed and TV) has access to the garden and pool for that midnight swim with en-suite bath. The second bedroom (king) with en-suite bath, also has access to the lush gardens through French doors. A third bedroom (king and TV) with en-suite bath is on the entrance level and close by are the fourth and fifth bedrooms who share a ‘Jack and Jill’ bath, both with queen beds. Backgammon is within easy walking distance of the Darrel’s Wharf ferry stop, which will take you directly into Hamilton or a short walk to Middle Road bus stops. The famous Four Ways restaurant is also close by. You will have to wait until Christmas 2025 to to rent this lovely home.Or plan for your vacation for 2026. This could be a great opportunity for you to build memories of swimming, dining, music, and entertaining with friends and family. Backgammon will be entirely private and peaceful for Guests, however, there is an apartment with private walk way and parking area dedicated to the owner who might be in residence. Included in the rate is electricity for short term stays, electricity sometimes paid by the guest for longer stays. WIFI included. Cleaning service before and after your stay and by arrangement for longer stays during the week.

Any booking taken after November 1st 2018 a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
