The stunning pool area and the lush gardens of Backgammon certainly add to the WoW factor of this impressive centrally located home.  Even though you will wish to spend plenty of time outside in the lovely pool and the gardens, the newly renovated accommodation within the house will certainly draw you in.  Modern and welcoming, here you will find your home from home for your Bermuda vacation stay.  The entry hall invites you into the living area to relax and maybe enjoy playing the grand piano (but actually it can also play by itself!)  or just sit quietly and read a novel from the extensive bookcases.  One can access the stunning pool from the living area by way of a staircase. You can take time to plan your entertaining on this level or enjoy hearing the children playing in the garden.  Our guests will be treated to a designer kitchen newly created in 2025 by well-known architects with a center island and absolutely everything a brand new kitchen has to offer. This room will embrace family time with a sitting area with large screen TV and fireplace and family style dining - connecting to the covered patio through a wall of French doors - taking you to outside seating for conversation and cocktails.  A bath with shower is on this same level.   Additionally, you will find plenty of room for family or close friends as the house has five bedrooms. The primary bedroom (king bed) on the garden level has access to the pool for that midnight swim with en-suite bath along with a second bedroom (king) with en-suite bath, which also has access to the lush gardens. A third bedroom (king) with en-suite bath is close by and the fourth and fifth bedrooms share a ‘Jack and Jill’ bath, both with queen beds. Backgammon is within easy walking distance of the Darrel’s Wharf ferry stop, which will take you directly into Hamilton or a short walk to Middle Road bus stops. The famous Four Ways restaurant is nearby for the Sunday brunches. You will have to wait until towards the third week of July 2025 to rent this lovely home. If you have any last-minute summer plans; this could be a great opportunity for you to build memories of swimming, dining, music, and entertaining with friends and family. Backgammon will be entirely private to Guests, however, an apartment with private walk away and parking area dedicated to the owner who might be in residence. Awaiting furthr photos.
