            Booking terms

            Included in the rate is electricity for short term stays, electricity sometimes paid by the guest for longer stays. WIFI included. Cleaning service before and after your stay and by arrangement for longer stays during the week.  

            NON SMOKING HOUSE.

            Any booking taken after November 1st 2018  a 4.5% Vacation Rental Fee will be added, this will be 4.5% of the total rental ‘ nightly’ price.
