THE CLIFF

The Cliff has been given its name for an obvious reason, as this stunning home sits majestically on a cliff overlooking the Atlantic Ocean on the south shore in Southampton. Enjoy uninterrupted views while relaxing beside the oceanside swimming pool and the ever changing waterview in front of you. There are steps which lead down from the house to the rocky access of the water below. The modern and stylish accommodation consists of the following. Enter on the main floor level into an attractive hallway leading to the spacious and light living room. Here, on this floor, you will also find the kitchen with dining area and breakfast bar with stools. Additionally, there is also a separate more formal dining area. Two of the bedrooms are on this level the Master(king size bed) bedroom with bath en-suite and also a second bedroom with King Bed and a full bathroom nearby. On the lower pool level there are two further bedrooms with Queen Size beds and single beds, both of these bedrooms are en-suite. A casual poolside lounge and a bathroom are also found on this level. A wide covered patio extends the length of the house and there will be outside furniture added to sit back and make the most of waterside living. The location is not far from The Reefs Hotel.
